Our goal is to facilitate Continuing Education activities in each Frontier community. This includes the promotion of educational activities, which will encourage the active participation of community members in the life-long learning process.
Program Goals
The goal of Frontier School Division Continuing Education Program is to:

• Provide a positive Continuing Education experience, which encourages further education pursuits and promotes life-long learning.
• Offer community members the opportunity to participate in programs, which expand their knowledge, skills, and activity levels.
• Provide the opportunity for community members to participate in activities, which promote healthy lifestyles.
• Acquire specific skills necessary for personal and economic well-being.

Program Opportunities
Continuing Education programming is unlimited and can cover a wide range of interests and needs. Some of the continuing education activities which have taken place, are as follows:

How to Apply

1. Obtain the Continuing Education application form online below, or from your School Principal.
2. At your School Committee meeting discuss the following:
   • What activities/courses would people from the community have an interest in?
   • What activities/courses would people from the community benefit from?
   • Who would be able to instruct the course?
   • Who would be interested in taking the course?
3. Once the course and teacher have been selected, advertise around the community for people to register.
4. Fill out the course application and course outline forms. Obtain the approval signatures of your Principal and School Committee Chairperson. Send the application in to Brent Johnson, Continuing Education Coordinator for approval.
