NCTM: Lessons and Resources
The “National Council for Teachers of Mathematics” has a huge website designed to assist teachers in all areas of Math Education. This part of their website allows teachers to access reourses and lesson plans that have been prepared by seasoned teachers.

A very organized website for all aspects of mathematics. Included: A problem of the week for different areas and grade levels.

Mathematics in the Kent School District

This website is a great resource for vocabulary for teachers and students. A very interactive page that allows you to find the correct definition with examples!

Canadian Math Contests

Canadian Math Kangaroo Contest
The 2011 Math Kangaroo contest is an international contest for students in grades 3-12. The main purpose of this competition is to introduce participants to math challenges in an enjoyable way, thus, inspiring their further interest and advancement in mathematics.

Canadian Mathematics Competition
The Centre for Education in Mathematics and Computing aims to increase enjoyment, confidence and ability in mathematics and computer science among students and teachers in Canada and internationally.
