The Career Studies Department
encompasses High School Programs, Career & Personal Awareness, Home
Placement, Work Education, Adult Education, Continuing
Education, Program for the Education of Native Teachers (P.E.N.T.),
Technical Vocational Program, Health and Wellness, and Physical Education. These programs provide
services and
resources to assist students develop the knowledge, skills, strategies
and
attitudes leading secondary school graduation and develop leadership and
employability skills for the successful transition from secondary school
to
post secondary training and/or the world of work.
