In order to attract and retain employees who can support the Division’s mission, vision and goals, the Division will ensure that policies are in place to provide a safe, caring and respectful workplace, to compensate staff fairly and appropriately, to provide staff with excellent benefits and to supervise, evaluate and hold them accountable.</span></p>
